A new home project is a major undertaking, and every step matters. We designed this process to clearly show how we support you, from the first conversation to the agreement that officially launches your project. These six steps illustrate how your project moves forward in a structured, consistent, and transparent way.
Objective: Get to know you and understand your project
It all begins with a simple and open conversation. Your housing advisor takes the time to listen to your story, your needs, and your priorities. We discuss your vision, the type of home you envision, and the budget you wish to adhere to.
This meeting helps establish a trusting relationship and confirm that our way of working aligns with what you are looking for.
You will leave with:
- A realistic initial assessment of your project.
- An invitation to participate in the Harmonie Tour to see our projects firsthand and clarify your options.
Objective: Discover the Harmonie universe firsthand and validate the feasibility of your project
During this tour, we will introduce you to our residential projects, our model home, and land plots that align with the general scope of your project. This visit primarily allows you to explore the location and natural environment: the tranquility of the site, the spaciousness, the large lots, and the proximity to nature. It’s an opportunity to experience the place and truly envision yourself living there.
This is both an emotional and a rational step. You observe the quality of our constructions, the care taken in project development, and what your budget allows you to achieve concretely.
You will leave with:
- A preliminary feasibility assessment of your project.
- A clear understanding of the alignment between your needs and the Harmonie approach.
Objective: Deepen the understanding of your project and establish the concrete foundations for its realization
After the Harmonie Tour, we take time to discuss your project in greater detail. We talk about your current situation, your actual needs, your constraints, and what is motivating you to consider a new home in our area or in one of our communities. This is an open conversation where we seek to understand what you want to create—as well as what you would prefer to avoid.
We then address essential elements of your project such as your budget, the various options available according to your priorities, your timeline, the question of a house for sale, or your mortgage qualification. This discussion allows us to outline the initial framework for a project that meets your requirements and lifestyle.
You will leave with:
- A clearer and more structured vision for your project.
- Budget guidelines and concrete options tailored to your situation.
- The feeling of being understood and guided in the right directions.
Objective: Identify the ideal location for your home and confirm that it meets the requirements of your project.
At this stage, we focus on the plots of land that best match your project and lifestyle. The goal is to identify one or two potential locations that stand out for their orientation, natural environment, and compatibility with the envisioned home model.
On site, you begin to envision your home in this space: the light, the tranquility of the site, the connection with nature and the large lots. At the same time, our team validates the specific characteristics of the land to confirm that it meets the technical and budgetary requirements of your project.
The elements confirmed at this stage then allow us to prepare the official proposal based on clear and realistic foundations.
You will leave with:
- The final selection of your lot (or two selected options).
- A home model or typology that meets your needs and integrates harmoniously with the chosen lot.
Objective: Present a complete offer and confirm the feasibility of your project.
This is the moment when everything that has been imagined, discussed, and validated takes shape. We bring together every element: the selected lot, the chosen model, your priorities, and the adjustments defined throughout our conversations. We review the figures and details together to confirm that everything aligns with your vision and your reality.
This step marks a significant advancement. Your project becomes extremely concrete, and you have everything you need to move on to the next phase of the pre-project journey: the signing of the agreement.
You will leave with:
- A precise proposal including a model, a price, and a plot of land.
- The certainty that your project is ready to be formalized.
Objective: Officially confirm the start of your project with Harmonie.
Once all validations are complete, we proceed together to sign the official agreement. This document compiles all decisions made since the beginning of the process and marks a significant moment for your project.
At this stage, you are also introduced to our project management team, who will support you throughout the preparation and construction phases.
This stage brings a wonderful sense of emotion. Your project is clear, aligned, and ready to move forward. This is where our clients often feel a mix of excitement and satisfaction, because their home is no longer just a vision—it is now a concrete project that is truly beginning to take shape.
You will leave with:

Project Manager
What guides my work is ensuring clear planning and rigorous coordination from the start. I take over our clients once financing is obtained and contracts are signed, then I structure each step, from design to home delivery.
I ensure that everything is well organized and understood, while continuously seeking to improve our processes. My goal is to enable a smooth and coherent flow, where every decision is made at the right time and for the right reasons.
Gabriel Wodicka Fortier
Foreman
On site, I make sure work progresses in a structured, safe manner and in accordance with the plans. I coordinate crews and subcontractors, monitor daily progress, and respond quickly when adjustments are required.
My approach is based on rigor, communication, and a commitment to quality workmanship. My goal is to keep the site organized and ensure consistent execution, from preparation through final inspections.
Jesse Thérien
Site Technician
On a daily basis, I ensure that the construction site remains clean, safe, and well organized. My work consists of supporting the team and subcontractors so that operations run efficiently and under good conditions.
I thus contribute to creating an orderly work environment, which facilitates the progress of the work and allows the home to be realized, step by step, as it was envisioned.
Anthony Mili

What matters most in my role is that the construction site progresses in an organized and structured manner. I ensure schedules are met, manage unforeseen circumstances, and make sure each step proceeds as planned, so that the project moves forward without unnecessary pressure.
I ensure that the work is well coordinated on the construction site to allow our clients to focus on what matters and see their project take shape with peace of mind.
Cédrick Richard
Project Manager
My approach is based on solid preparation and a thorough understanding of client expectations from the outset. I am involved in project planning, from preliminary design to home delivery, to ensure that every choice is consistent with the client’s vision.
I handle the technical aspects and the organization of the steps to simplify the process and reduce the mental load. This allows our clients to focus on their decisions, such as choosing materials and colors, while knowing that the project structure is well managed.
Carole-Anne Sonier
Financial Controller
My role is to ensure rigorous financial management and give the team a clear view of the company’s position and its projects. I monitor budgets, construction costs, accounts, and administrative processes so that information remains reliable, accessible, and useful for decision-making.
I enjoy structuring data, improving our work methods, and anticipating variances before they become problems. My goal is to support management and project teams with precise analysis while contributing to Harmonie Construction’s stability and healthy growth.
