A new home project is a major undertaking, and every step matters. We have designed this process to clearly show how we support you, from the first conversation to the agreement that officially launches your project. These five steps illustrate how your project moves forward in a structured, consistent, and transparent way.
Objective: Getting to Know You and Understanding Your Project
It all begins with a simple, open conversation. Your housing advisor takes the time to listen to your story, understand your needs, and identify your priorities. Together, we discuss your vision, the type of home you have in mind, and the budget you want to stay within.
This meeting helps build a relationship of trust and confirm that our way of working aligns with what you are looking for.
You will leave with:
- A realistic initial assessment of your project
- An invitation to take part in the Harmonie Tour, allowing you to visit our projects firsthand and better understand your options
Objective: Deepen your project understanding and establish a solid foundation for its realization
After the Harmonie Tour, we take time to discuss your project in greater detail. We talk about your current situation, your specific needs, your constraints, and the motivations behind your decision to consider a new home in our area or within one of our projects. This open conversation allows us to fully understand what you want to create, as well as what you would prefer to avoid.
We then review the essential elements of your project, including your budget, the different options available based on your priorities, your timeline, the possible sale of your current home, and your mortgage qualification. This discussion helps us define the initial framework of a project that reflects your needs and supports your lifestyle.
You will leave with:

At this stage, we focus on the lots that best align with your project and lifestyle. The goal is to identify one or two potential locations that stand out for their orientation, natural setting, and compatibility with the home model you have in mind.
On site, you begin to picture your future home in its surroundings: the natural light, the tranquility of the setting, the close connection to nature, and the spacious lots. At the same time, our team evaluates the specific characteristics of the land to confirm that it meets the technical and budgetary requirements of your project.
The elements confirmed at this stage allow us to prepare the official proposal on a clear and realistic foundation.
You will leave with:
- The final selection of your lot, or two preferred options
- A home model or typology that meets your needs and integrates harmoniously with the chosen lot
Objective: Present a complete proposal and confirm the feasibility of your project.
This is the stage where everything that has been imagined, discussed, and validated begins to take shape. We bring together every key element: the selected lot, the chosen model, your priorities, and the adjustments defined throughout our conversations. Together, we review the figures and details to confirm that everything aligns with your vision and your reality.
This step marks a major milestone. Your project becomes highly tangible, and you have everything you need to move forward to the next phase of the pre-project process: signing the agreement.
You will leave with:

- The confidence that your project is ready to be formalized.
Objective: Officially confirm the start of your project with Harmonie
Once all validations are complete, we move forward together with the signing of the official agreement. This document brings together all the decisions made since the beginning of the process and marks an important milestone in your project.
At this stage, you are also introduced to our project management team, who will guide you through the preparation and construction phases.
This step is often filled with emotion. Your project is now clear, aligned, and ready to move forward. It is at this point that many clients feel both excitement and satisfaction, because their home is no longer just a vision. It has become a concrete project that is officially beginning to take shape.

What guides my work is the importance of clear planning and rigorous coordination from the very beginning. I take over once financing is secured and contracts are signed, then structure each stage of the project, from design to home delivery.
My role is to ensure that everything is well organized, clearly understood, and moving forward in a coherent way. I am also always looking for ways to improve our processes. My goal is to create a smooth, well-managed experience where every decision is made at the right time and for the right reasons.

On a daily basis, I make sure the construction site remains clean, safe, and well organized. My role is to support the team and subcontractors so operations can move forward efficiently and under the right conditions.
In this way, I help create an orderly work environment that supports steady progress and allows the home to come to life, step by step, just as it was envisioned.

What matters most in my role is making sure the construction site progresses in an organized and structured way. I ensure schedules are respected, manage unforeseen situations, and make sure each stage moves forward as planned so the project can advance without unnecessary pressure.

My approach is based on strong preparation and a clear understanding of client expectations from the outset. I am involved in project planning from the preliminary design stage through to home delivery, making sure every decision remains aligned with the client’s vision.
I oversee the technical aspects and the organization of each phase to simplify the process and reduce the mental load for our clients. This allows them to focus on key decisions, such as selecting materials and finishes, while knowing the structure of the project is being carefully managed.

What matters to me is making sure every home is delivered in impeccable condition. I step in toward the end of the project to prepare for delivery, address any items that require adjustment, and ensure everything is compliant before the keys are handed over.
After delivery, I remain available to answer questions, provide follow-up, and support clients with any necessary adjustments. My role is to make sure our clients continue to feel supported and well taken care of, even after the project is complete.
