How This Model Adapts to Your Lot and Project

The Altera Evolution model is offered in our residential communities in Cantley and Wakefield, where its side-by-side configuration is especially well suited to wider lots in natural settings. It is designed to be built on sloped lots, notably in walkout configurations. Front landscaping may be included depending on the project, and some communities may also offer the option of a natural stone address feature. Where municipal services are not available, both units share a single well and septic system sized for the residence, and the overall structure is designed with fire-rated and sound-insulated separations to support comfort and peace of mind.
