Adaptation of this Model to the Lot in the Chosen Project

The Altéra Horizon model is available in our residential projects in Cantley and Wakefield, where lot configurations can accommodate its wide and deep footprint. As it is not intended to be built on a sloped lot, it integrates particularly well on flat lots that offer enough space to optimize outdoor landscaping and the private terraces for each dwelling. Exterior cladding varies by project, as do the options for integrating natural stone on the front façade, and the property is serviced by a single well and a single septic system sized for two dwellings.
