The Altera Horizon model is available in our residential communities in Cantley and Wakefield, where lot configurations can accommodate its generous footprint. Best suited to wider lots, it is not intended for a sloped site. It fits particularly well on flat lots that provide enough space to optimize the outdoor layout and overall project design. Exterior finishes may include durable materials consistent with the model’s architectural style, and some projects may also include front landscaping or a natural stone address feature. Where municipal services are not available, both dwellings share a single well and septic system sized for the residence.
