Adaptation of this Model to the Lot in the Chosen Project

The Altéra Origine model is offered in our Cantley and Wakefield residential projects, where the varied topography allows for optimal placement, particularly in a walk-out version thanks to its integrated semi-basement. Its efficient design and more compact footprint allow it to adapt to a wide variety of lots, including those with a natural slope. Depending on the project, exterior siding varies between vinyl and fiber cement, and front landscaping is included, sometimes accompanied by a natural stone with an engraved address. As with all multi-generational homes, a single well and a single septic system serve both units, sized specifically for the residence.
