How This Model Adapts to Your Lot and Project
The Altera Origine model is offered in our Cantley and Wakefield communities, where varied topography allows for flexible placement, particularly for walkout versions. Its efficient design and compact footprint make it well suited to a variety of lot conditions, including sloped lots. Depending on the project, exterior finishes may include vinyl and fibre cement siding, and front landscaping is included, sometimes with a natural stone feature engraved with the home address. As with all Bi-Generational homes, both units share a single well and septic system sized for the residence.
