Additional Information
Our semi-detached homes are designed to provide a comfortable living environment while meeting the safety and soundproofing requirements specific to this type of construction. The party wall consists of two independent structures separated by a concrete block wall, ensuring excellent acoustic performance and effective fire separation between units. Average construction time generally ranges from six to nine months, including planning, depending on the season and the level of customization selected. Buyers can choose from several interior finish options, including flooring, cabinets, and countertops, while remaining within certain limits for exterior cladding and plan modifications. All our semi-detached homes feature an architectural shingle roof with a limited lifetime warranty.
Features of the Acoustique A Model
The Acoustique A model is not designed to include an attached garage, but in some cases, a detached garage may be added depending on the lot. Its façade combines masonry and engineered wood, giving it a warm and contemporary architectural character. Although the two units present an asymmetrical exterior appearance, the interior layout remains identical, ensuring a consistent and well-balanced living experience in each unit. These features give the model a distinctive identity while maintaining a practical, low-maintenance design.
How This Model Adapts to Your Lot and Project
The Acoustique A model is offered exclusively in the Val-des-Monts community, where it blends naturally into a wooded setting. It can be adapted to sloped lots, including walkout or garden-level versions where topography allows. It is not designed for a wide variety of lot configurations, as each unit has its own well and septic system where municipal services are not available. This semi-detached series does not include rear landscaping, giving buyers the freedom to design their outdoor space according to their needs and preferences.
