Like our other single-family models, the A Capella A can be adapted to accommodate certain permitted modifications. Typical construction time ranges from 6 to 9 months, including the planning stage, and the home is covered by the GCR warranty. The bright open-concept layout promotes natural light, the garage is delivered unfinished, and the roof is finished with architectural shingles with a limited lifetime warranty.

In the standard version, the laundry room is located in the basement, but it can be moved to the main floor or upper floor depending on the selected configuration and the needs of the project. Where municipal services are not available, the well and septic system are installed according to local requirements.
