Additional Information
The A Capella A model includes a poured-concrete basement that can be configured as a standard basement, a half-basement, or a walkout basement, depending on the lot. This space is delivered unfinished, allowing it to be developed later according to the household’s priorities. Like our other single-family models, the A Capella A can be adapted to accommodate certain permitted modifications. Typical construction time ranges from 6 to 9 months, including the planning stage, and the home is covered by the GCR warranty. The bright open-concept layout promotes natural light, the garage is delivered unfinished, and the roof is finished with architectural shingles with a limited lifetime warranty.
Key Features of the A Capella A Model
The A Capella A stands out for the option of adding direct access to the main bathroom from the master bedroom, a feature appreciated by households looking for added comfort and convenience. In the standard version, the laundry room is located in the basement, but it can be moved to the main floor or upper floor depending on the selected configuration and the needs of the project. The staircase to the basement is enclosed, which helps create a greater separation between levels and a more intimate atmosphere in the main living area. These features allow the model to offer a high level of comfort while remaining flexible enough to suit different family needs.
How This Model Adapts to Your Lot and Project
The A Capella A model is offered in our communities in Cantley and Val-des-Monts. Its balanced footprint allows it to adapt to a variety of lot conditions, including sloped lots where a walkout basement may be integrated. Depending on the project, exterior finishes may vary according to community standards, and front landscaping may be included. In some cases, projects may also offer a natural stone address feature. Where municipal services are not available, the well and septic system are installed according to local requirements.
