Additional Information

The A Capella B model includes a poured-concrete basement that can be configured as a standard basement, a walkout basement, or a garden-level basement, depending on the lot and topography. This space is delivered unfinished, allowing for future development based on your household’s needs. Like our other single-family models, the A Capella B can be adapted to accommodate certain permitted modifications. Typical construction time ranges from 6 to 9 months, including the planning stage, and the home is covered by the GCR warranty. Natural light is enhanced by the model’s bright, open-concept design. The garage is delivered unfinished, and the roof is finished with architectural shingles with a limited lifetime warranty.

Features of the A Capella B Model

The A Capella B stands out for its hardwood staircase, which is open to the living room and contributes to the sense of openness and fluidity on the main floor. The kitchen and powder room are finished with quartz countertops, while the upstairs bathroom includes a laminate countertop. Direct access to the main bathroom from the master bedroom is not included in the standard plan, but this option can be added as part of the customization process.

How This Model Adapts to Your Lot and Project

The A Capella B model is available in the Cantley and Val-des-Monts communities. Its balanced footprint allows it to adapt to a variety of lot conditions, including sloped lots where a garden-level basement may be integrated. Depending on the project, exterior finishes may include masonry or fibre cement, and front landscaping may be included. Some projects may also offer an engraved natural stone address feature. Where municipal services are not available, the well and septic system are installed according to local requirements.
