The three bedrooms and bathroom are grouped in a quieter area of the home, while the double garage adds practical space for storage and everyday convenience. With its contemporary architecture and large windows, the Origin offers a warm and functional living environment for families seeking comfort and style.

The Origine Single-Family model includes a poured-concrete basement that can be configured as a standard basement, a half-basement, or a walkout basement, depending on the lot. The basement is delivered unfinished, allowing it to be customized later according to your needs. Like our other single-family models, the Origine can be adapted to accommodate certain permitted modifications. Typical construction time ranges from 6 to 9 months, including the planning stage. The home is covered by the GCR warranty, model availability depends on the project and applicable regulations, and the garage is delivered unfinished. The roof is finished with architectural shingles with a limited lifetime warranty.

The Origine Single-Family model offers the option to add a cathedral ceiling in the open-concept area for a greater sense of space and stronger vertical presence. This feature complements the standard ceiling and enhances the overall layout. The design also includes a laundry room located in the basement, keeping the main floor focused on the bedrooms and living areas while maintaining a practical everyday setup. The model also offers a half-basement version, integrated from the design stage, making it easier to adapt the home to different needs and lot conditions.

How This Model Adapts to Your Lot and Project

The Origine Single-Family model fits naturally into the communities where it is offered, including Cantley and Wakefield Sur le Golf. Its compact footprint makes it well suited to a variety of lot configurations, whether flat or sloped. It can also accommodate a walkout basement where topography allows, bringing additional natural light to the lower level. Depending on the project, exterior finishes may include durable materials consistent with the model’s architectural style. Front landscaping may also be included where planned, and when municipal services are not available, the well and septic system are installed according to local requirements.
