Its design allows for customization during construction, and the average timeline generally ranges from 6 to 9 months, depending on the season and the level of personalization selected. Each home benefits from generous natural light, architectural shingle roofing, and GCR warranty coverage. The garage is delivered unfinished, and model availability may vary depending on the project and lot conditions.

The Symphonie A stands out for its single-storey layout, a feature appreciated for its simplicity and accessibility. It includes 2 bedrooms on the main floor and a large basement with strong development potential for additional bedrooms, a family room, a workspace, or an extra bathroom. The laundry room is planned for the basement but can be integrated into the main floor as part of the customization process. This model is also especially well suited to walkout basement configurations and can accommodate a covered rear terrace if desired.
How This Model Adapts to Your Lot and Project
The Symphonie A model is offered exclusively in Cantley and is well suited to sloped lots, thanks to the possibility of a walkout or garden-level basement. Its deeper footprint, however, requires a lot with suitable dimensions for optimal placement. Depending on the project, the exterior may combine masonry or engineered wood on the façade, with vinyl siding on the other elevations. Front landscaping is included, and the well and septic system are installed where required.
