Additional Information
The Symphonie B model includes a poured-concrete basement that can be built as a standard basement, a half-basement, or a walkout basement depending on the lot. The basement is delivered unfinished, allowing for future customization based on the needs of the household. Like our other single-family models, the Symphonie B can be adapted to accommodate certain permitted modifications. Construction time generally ranges from six to nine months, including the planning stage. The home is covered by the GCR warranty, and its open-concept layout is designed to maximize natural light. The garage is delivered unfinished, and the roof is finished with architectural shingles.
Features of the Symphonie B Model
The Symphonie B stands out for its spacious main floor, which offers more room than the Symphonie A and allows for the integration of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room positioned on the main level for everyday convenience. The ensuite bathroom connected to the master bedroom provides added comfort, and a powder room may also be incorporated depending on the selected configuration. The double garage adds storage and practicality, while the floor plan encourages smooth and functional circulation throughout the home.
How This Model Adapts to Your Lot and Project
The Symphonie B model is offered exclusively in Cantley and is well suited to sloped lots where a walkout configuration is possible. Its design allows it to be positioned on different types of lots, although a minimum lot depth is recommended to maximize the outdoor layout. The exterior façade combines masonry and engineered wood on the front elevation, with vinyl siding on the other sides, and front landscaping is included on delivery. Where municipal services are not available, the well and septic system are installed according to local requirements.
