Additional Information

The Ténor A model is built on a poured concrete basement that can be configured as a conventional basement, a semi-basement, or a walk-out basement depending on the lot type. The basement is delivered unfinished, allowing you to choose the ideal time for its completion. Plan customization is available to adjust certain elements to the household’s needs. Construction timelines for a new home vary between six and nine months, and each house is covered by the GCR warranty. Natural light is an integral part of the model thanks to the open-concept layout and generous windows. The garage is delivered unfinished, and the roof is constructed with architectural shingles featuring a limited lifetime warranty.

Special Features of the Ténor A Model

The Ténor A model is distinguished by its cathedral ceiling, which is included as a standard feature and provides a wonderful sense of space in the open-concept area. The base version includes a conventional basement that can be finished according to project needs, and it can also be built on a floating slab when soil conditions or the future occupant’s preferences warrant it. This flexibility allows the home to adapt to various contexts while maintaining its compact and functional character.

Adaptation of this Model to the Lot in the Chosen Project

The Ténor A model is offered in our projects located in Cantley, Wakefield, and Val-des-Monts. Its design is particularly well-suited for sloped lots and allows for a walk-out basement layout when topography permits. Its compact footprint enables it to integrate easily into a wide variety of lots, and its exterior siding varies according to the standards established for each project. Front landscaping is included and, where municipal services are unavailable, the well and septic system are handled by a certified specialist.
