The Project
This project evolved during the planning phase. Initially, the clients had selected a more compact model, better suited to their situation at that time. However, between the sale of their home and the analysis of their medium- and long-term needs, it became clear that a larger space would better meet their future reality.
Given the advanced stage of the project, the team allowed a model change without constraints, thus offering the necessary flexibility to adjust the project at the right time. The choice then fell on the A Capella D model, which notably allowed for the integration of a ground-floor office, an element that became essential for their lifestyle and long-term vision.
This transition was made without compromising the layout or the coherence of the project, ensuring a home better adapted to both current and future needs.
Our Vision for the Project
For this project, we aimed to create a home that would benefit from natural light. The objective was to offer generous and well-defined spaces, capable of supporting daily life while allowing the home to breathe.
The living room stands out with a cathedral ceiling and full-height windows that open up views of the forest and let in abundant light. This direct relationship with the outdoors sets the tone for the entire home and reinforces the feeling of calm and spaciousness.
The kitchen was designed as the heart of the home. The oversized island, with its quartz countertop in a waterfall finish, was intended as a natural gathering place, suitable for both daily moments and more spontaneous interactions. Each window acts as a frame for the landscape, reinforcing this constant connection with the environment.
This was the first time this model was built, and the team shared the clients’ wonder at every stage of the project, watching the house take shape and fully reveal its potential.
The kitchen was designed as a true gathering place. The oversized island, featuring a quartz countertop with a waterfall finish, comfortably accommodates up to four people and supports daily interactions, both for meals and more spontaneous moments.
Each window acts as a frame for the landscape, showcasing the forest and the outdoor panorama. This constant connection with nature reinforces the tranquility of the place and anchors the home in its environment.
Priorities Established by Our Clients
We dreamed of a more peaceful lifestyle, with more space and a more direct connection with nature. Leaving the city was part of this reflection, as was the desire to settle in a calm and green environment.
It was also important for us to choose a home capable of meeting our current needs, but especially to evolve with us over time. We wanted a larger property, better suited to our future reality, without having to compromise too early.
Our enthusiasm for the project and the location confirmed our decision. The overall package corresponded exactly to what we were looking for, both for the living environment and for the long-term potential the home offered.
