The Project
For this project, the A Capella C model offered a configuration that naturally met the clients’ needs. With three bedrooms upstairs and a Jack & Jill bathroom, the interior layout provided their teenager with a functional space, well-suited to daily family life.
The double garage was added to the plan to meet storage needs and simplify daily organization. The choice of lot also played a key role. By opting for a lot allowing for a garden-level basement, it was possible to set up an office in the basement while retaining appreciable natural light, thus creating a distinct and comfortable workspace.
The entire project was delivered turnkey, including landscaping, to offer a ready-to-live-in home that is coherent and well-integrated into its environment.
Our Vision for the Project
The idea for this new construction project was to give the house a strong identity, driven by bold and consistent aesthetic choices from one space to another. Rather than multiplying effects, the approach aimed to intervene in a targeted manner, with striking elements capable of structuring the rooms and creating a lasting visual signature.
The use of decorative ceramic walls played a central role in this vision. From the powder room wall to the kitchen backsplash, including the shower walls and the main bathroom, each elevation was conceived as a composition in its own right. These interventions punctuate the spaces, reinforce the contemporary character of the house, and create a clear common thread throughout the entire dwelling.
It is this attention to detail that allowed us to give this beautiful residence a timeless personality.

Priorities Identified by Our Clients
We requested a bright home where each space would have a clear and well-defined function. Three bedrooms, a distinct office, and ample storage were among our priorities from the outset.
It was also important for our teenager to have a space that was both practical and private, with a bathroom adapted to family life. For us, the office needed to be comfortable and separate from common areas, without feeling isolated.
Finally, we were looking for a turnkey home, where every decision would be coherent and aligned with our lifestyle, both indoors and outdoors.
