The Project
This project was completed as a model home to provide a concrete presentation of the approach, level of finish, and versatility of the homes offered. The Symphonie A model was selected for its single-storey layout, open-concept living area, and ability to deliver complete comfort in a well-balanced format.
On the main floor, the home offers two bright bedrooms and a full bathroom, as well as a powder room that includes the laundry area. The fully finished basement significantly enhances the living space, with two additional large bedrooms, a second full bathroom, a spacious family area, and numerous storage spaces designed for everyday use.

Our Vision for the Project

The volumes were designed to maximize natural light on both the main floor and in the basement, creating pleasant living spaces at any time of day.
It is a way for visitors and prospective clients to see, touch, and experience the possibilities available, both in aesthetic choices and in the layout of the spaces. The goal was to deliver a bright, functional, and durable home that inspires as much as it reassures.
Black cabinetry and quartz countertops give the kitchen a modern, timeless character. The interior layout prioritizes storage and flow, making everyday life easier without compromising aesthetics.
